So whenever I start up my printer for the day it seems to have a runaway temperature error.

Now I usually print after the extruder comes on so I thought it was a movement related intermittent connection, but no. This time I left it stationary.

The other weird thing is that it only does this on the first cold start of the day. After this, I can have a 12 hour print going and it'll be fine.

The second weird thing was that I shut the heater down and it still continued to go crazy.. Here is the graph.

Normally I'd chalk this up to wiring but why does it only do it once on the first heatup of the day and then not again, even with hours of printing? And it does it with or without movement, and if I manually shut the heater down it still goes nuts.

EDIT: ignore the humps after the overtemp where it soars to 240. Thats me restarting the printer twice to get it going again and trying not to lose all of my heat.
