I have noticed the temp jumping to like 215 but I checked the power supply it's ok. just changed to different outlet and it ran a file off but the heat still wants to jump up. so i just kept manually putting it at 195. whats the deal with that

So you may want to check those and see what they are set at.

If you're printing from a USB connection, double check the connection and the cable. All it takes is a momentary wobble while printing to interrupt the print if you have a loose connection. That might explain why everything looks okay after it stalls out.

IMO, a SD card reader should be standard on all printers, but unfortunately, a lot of the fly by night outfits manufacturing printers in their mother's basements are too cheap to install them. If you're able to print from a SD card, that would be an easy way to check if your USB connection is bad. If you can print from the card, but not from the cable, that would suggest the problem is with the cable.

Have you looked at your temp chart as the failure occurs?
Are you getting any errors in the log output?
Have you considered that maybe (as previously mentioned) That this could be a power issue?  Maybe you answered that and I missed it.

Yup it will go home if I pause it. Any way my gcode settings and baud rate are messed up. Baud rate is at 250,000 I'm using a 64 bit system windows 7

I'm on Win7 x64 also and my baud is 250,000. I don't see any issues with the Slic3r settings you've posted, but I'll also say that you can download the latest version of Slic3r and run it standalone, then export the gcode and load it into Repetier. The latest Slic3r has some cool new features depending on your print.
