I also had my glass moving around on me. On all 4 sides and all 4 corners I filled in the void with some abs slurry. I was thinking of doing the same with the bushing in case I ever wanted to replace or upgrade I would but need a little acetone to pull them off.

If it's just the glass, it's fairly easy to fix by "shimming" it on the edges with whatever thin things you have available.

If it's the whole bed, check the holders at the top and bottom of the rods and see that they aren't cracked. If they are, I think someone posted replacement ones that you can print on Thingiverse.
