What material?
What temperature?
What is the size of the filament you produced (use calipers)?

Typically the filament produced is undersized. I intentionally drill the nozzles small to prevent what you observed. Did you drill the nozzle?

If the initial provided (MG94) material worked, then whatever material you're using now exhibits extreme die swell.

Greetings all

So i've extruded a few Kg's (2-3) of filament already, but now that im printing with it, i seem to be having problems.

The initial filament i didn't use as its recommended to clean out the system, and thereafter the filament worked in my printer, this must have been approx 300-500g of filament. However everything that i have made after that doesn't work in my printer, it gets stuck at the extruder due to its size.

Filament that i have purchased, ABS and PLA 1.75mm works fine. Printer nozzle is 0.4mm.

Any ideas suggestions thoughts would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
