A little gadget to spring load the print head to make it harder to rock worked to fix my solidoodle: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:214112 (no idea if it could be adapted for DaVinci).

Check your belts and calibration. If those are fine, print some plain circles - do those come out round? And not "kinda" round, they should be coin-perfect almost.
