Didn't take more than a day for me. Don't know why it took so long for yours. Sorry to hear that sad And I had to RMA the replacement as it had faulty wiring in it so it wasn't always heating. That one took a couple of days to get RMA'd cause the wires weren't loose. Printer's been great since.

Agreed....I tried that three times (during their posted Customer Support Hours) and was sent to a voicemail asking for my contact information.
I left my contact information and asked for a return call and still have yet to hear from anyone.

So I originally opened the case with xyz support on Monday.
Starting Tuesday we've been back and forth 5 times with them having me send in pictures and screenshots, they had me upgrade the version of xyzware and send in a pic verifying I did that...now after 6 emails and tons of pictures and explanation, this is the reply I get...

In the middle of a print the printer started beeping and displaying an error 0014.
I opened a case with support without much investigation as I've been working long hours.

Support has been asking me for tons of pictures and screenshots and in obtaining this last round of pictures I noticed that one of the two "heater cables" has come off of the nozzle.

I sent pictures of this into support, and am awaiting a response on my options but thought I would post here as responses from xyz support has not exactly been timely...

I don't see any way to reconnect this wire.
Am I screwed?
Do I have any options at all?
If I wanted to buy a whole new nozzle with the wires already on it is that possible?
any ideas where?
Haven't had much luck googling it...
