I had about the same results when installing on 2 different development Macs.  When I installed on a Mac that did not have any prior development tools on it, everything worked fine.

I never did get to the bottom of the actual issue, but maybe a different/wrong version of Python on the development boxes?

]]> Tue, 18 Dec 2012 01:22:46 +0000 https://www.soliforum.com/post/7378/#p7378 <![CDATA[Repetier Host Mac 0.51 Connecting Error]]> https://www.soliforum.com/post/6735/#p6735 I get an notification in the bottom right corner saying: "Unknown Printer Firmware" But I don't know how that would be an issue when I have used the software to do many successful prints before.  When I try to connect the printer the program stops responding and I am eventually forced to close it.. sad

I have checked to make sure the baud rate and everything is correct but to no avail, is there a way I can delete all of Repetier and do a fresh install or did I miss something really obvious.
