For those of you that have been waiting for the correct answer.....
Bad (intermittent) connection to the heat cartridge is the cause. The interesting part is that it only does this if I increase the speeds and it begins to wiggle the connector. You can see this in the screenshot as I increase the feed rate to 150 that is when the temps become erratic.
To answer the other question I posed "Is it Repeatable?" Well yes and no, I have duplicated this five times now by just increasing the speed near the end of the print. Would I be willing to count on it? NO... I have a bad connection that needs to be fixed!!!

I chose this failed print because bad connections are one of the most common problems out there. They aren't always easy to find when they are intermittent such as this one. When this first happened I thought the exact same thing as Hazer, must have a clog! I new it wasn't dirty drive gear as I have a Bulldog XL and have never seen it strip the filament.
So if you run into problems during a print that is going to cause a failure. Don't just stare at your printer and hope it all works out. Instead bring up your temp chart and verify things are as they should be.

Hope this helps someone

As I always say "If it isn't fun why would you do it"?

Nope, this is not a profile/settings issue. It does however, sound like you may have an extrusion width setting that needs to be addressed or an extrusion multiplier out of whack.
