Once it starts slipping, game over.

You might look into a dab of Loctite, though this isn't a common issue so I'm guessing it isn't being tightened enough.

Seems I have to retighten it once a week or sometimes more, and even more lately. I do have my wires tied down so I don't think it's pulling on it too much.

I am thinking after the 25th time I have retigthened it, that the grub screw is starting to strip and it is coming lose even faster. Anyone know where I can get a replacement grub screw or what size a replacment needs to be?
