Unscrew the spring on the top right side of the jig. The bearing will hinge outward exposing the stuck filament. You should be able to remove the excess filament with tweezers. I don't know why wiki is recommending shoving metal objects to force it when there may well be a "shim" of plastic that is going nowhere, potentially bending rods or damaging teeth on the feeder. No need to take out a bunch of screws, either. Just one.
Good luck!

When my nozzle clogged I heated it up and used a thin hard wire to push it out with. Took some force, and I'm sure that's not the proper way to do it and it may surely damage the equipment.
I also found this link for you: http://wiki.solidoodle.com/unclogging-procedures. It describes the method I used (somewhat) plus other methods, why it happens and how to prevent it.

Hi there,
the filament is stuck in the machine because it seems melted inside and blocks the exit of the filament. We tried to push it up and down but of course is quite hard to move it 'cause is melted. May somebody knows how to fix it/ clean it? Thank you very much in advance!
Simone
