			<description><![CDATA[<p>My first project is to make a rudimentary regulator for beer brewing in a 2l bottle (ala Miller Home Draft type systems).&nbsp; I expect it to handle 18psi.&nbsp; A lot will depend on the printing settings, a .1mm print with every third layer infill wasn&#039;t even airtight.</p><p>Ideally, I would like a complete infill to make as sturdy as possible, but I think I&#039;ll need to working on a cooling fan mod first.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>The vapor smoothing actually helps since the outer perimeter gets melted into a solid layer.&nbsp; For a container you get the added strength of the inner shell as well.&nbsp; It&#039;s also a good idea to do it to insure it&#039;s airtight.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>If you can provide the dimensions of the reservoir and the wall thickness it is an easy calculation. Or if you have the psi you need, it would be easy enough to give you dimensions. You would need to do the vapor smoothing on the inside and outside of the tank I would assume other wise you&#039;ll have strength in one direction and very little in the other.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>3psi ??<br />i have things printed with 3mm walls at 10% infill and 100 pounds of crush force across it is not even flexing it. I would think a container made with it would cope with 100psi .. not that i would let the public play with one at that pressure till i looked at how it failed. I doubt it would shatter and hurl shrapnel, its more likely to split. depends on abs type and temperature I imagine.</p><p>they make pvc pressure pipe though, i have some stored in my paddock, storm water pipe for skyscrapers. i will have a look at its rating later.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I would start with a wall thickness as thick as pvc, look up spud guns this is basically what you&#039;re designing.&nbsp; Shouldn&#039;t need much air pressure to launch confetti though.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Depends on the size of the reservoir. I think something about 3 inch cube could probably hold between 5 and 10 psi maybe more, but it depends a lot on how it is printed and the thickness of the print and several other factors.... plus there are safety factors to consider once you get over 10 psi especially on larger tanks.</p>]]></description>
