You can try messaging Bubblerep on irc at #solidoodle or #reprap.   He is usually online at both of those channels.

Had some issues with my ord bot order few weeks back so I pinged off a few messages to the support line, and as of now I've not heard back.
Has anyone else gotten through to them lately?
