answer to question 1: and 2:
   increase extruder multiplier in slic3r
experiment with it ....set for example to 1.1

Somewhere in the lines of -30.. You gotta eyeball it. Set them and manually move the head to 100, 100. If it's not centered, adjust the setting, home x, home y and move to 100,100 again

If you don't want to recompile the firmware with the correct geometry modifications then I think, in Slic3r, you can set the print area to 240x240 and the center to Y110 X134 and this will cause slicer to start the print in the physical middle of the bed.

BUT!!!

Be careful since you still only have a 200x200 print area you could inadvertently slice a larger model then the bed could fit.
