I had to run through the "retry" process about 3 times before it came out of the nozzle.

when it loads the filament, it will eject some from the nozzle you will see it hanging out.

i had the same problem since it was my 1st time loading filament, i just had to push it in a lot more than i thuoght it had to go. Don't be scared, i dont think you can hurt it. i was hesitant as well at first.

I can take the filament and hit the threaded wheel or bolt and it moves, so it does not appear to be stuck.  It just wont grab.
