In normal operating conditions 3D printers have been deemed safe by most folks, but if the temperature control fails, toxic gases can be produced.

The best place for me is right next to my desktop monitor. But I'm worried that it might be unsafe for me to be exposed to it while it is printing for all the hours I am on the computer.

Also my computer room, especially during the summer, can be a little on the warm side, which Ive heard could be a good thing for 3D printing.

I can't wait to start printing! big_smile
