I can guarantee they were, and I would bet $5 they don't care.

ysb is a great prospect and influence in the 3D printing community, and his models prove that. And when SD sends him garbage, it is a slap in the face to one of the higher SD users as well as our community.
I have been helping via text a new SD4 user who knew nothing and his machine out performed ysb's....even before I was  assisting in calibration and Slic3r profiles. Ysb got the shaft.
