			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#039;t think they even had this video up on the site when I had the problem with my LCD (DOA), but it was relatively straightforward to just replace the cable even w/o instructions.&nbsp; I didn&#039;t end up taking off the two back covers to do it, just opened up the access panel and inserted the access panel.&nbsp; At least the video shows how simple it is to take the covers off for other servicing.</p><p>Of course, I just had to send in my motherboard for a swap...but that&#039;s another story.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Mine was damaged in exactly the same place, no chance it was due to the shipping. It looks to me like someone in production has been jamming a knife or a screwdriver under the plastic to remove the top at some point.</p><p>Anyhow, if you ask support nicely (took about a week to get back to me) they will send you a replacement cable, mine arrived this morning.</p><p>They&#039;ve posted a video on the support page that show&#039;s how to fit it if your not sure. Can&#039;t add links for some reason but it&#039;s at the bottom of their support videos page, &#039;Display Panel trouble shooting and repair&#039;.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>some of us have been sent their da vinci printer but the lcd screen doesn&#039;t work<br />here is a simple solution<br />in fact the lcd IS working but the stripped wire was damaged during the mounting of the printer<br />I&#039;ve been told by mail it was due to the shipping....<br />well shipping can&#039;t damage wires glued&nbsp; in the machine, under the plastic cover</p><p>so i decided to remove the plastic shell and search for the problem</p><p>here is the video<br /><div class="fancy_video_tag_player"><iframe class="youtube-player" type="text/html" width="640" height="385" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/xQie3Rpc0IU" frameborder="0"></iframe></div></p>]]></description>
