There is some ABS leftovers that I can't get out with normal tools.

When you put it back together, heat your hotend up through RH up to 210. Be sure you do not feed filament in it yet since you will be heating it just so it tightens up snug but don't force it. You will certainly want a good pair of thick leather gloves to do this since you don't want to burn your hand. I am failarly certain good thick gloves can be found in Norway

Thanks. I will try to reassemble my nozzle and see if I can get it any tighter.

I have been having the nozzle in several parts from time to time, because of clogging, so it can be that I have been lazy on my last cleaning

Hi.
I was doing some maintenance on my Solidoodle 3, and I suddenly saw that there was some filament oozing out over the heat block, and it was coming from the cold end of the nozzle(from the top).
The threads on the cold end was fine, so it doesn't look like the plastic is coming form the extruder part.

As you can see, there is some leftovers from some green filament I'm been using, so it looks like the thread pipe has been really hot, since the filament has escaped from the top of the cold end.

Any thoughts?
Ps, I have only been printing ABS.

--Thomas
