			<description><![CDATA[<p>i have the extruder almost perfect.&nbsp; set to .42 mm.&nbsp; &nbsp;Getting .41 to .43.&nbsp; I believe when you say ribbing your referring to the backlash of the z?&nbsp; If so yes i have the spring loaded anti backlash nut installed (was actually impressed at how well that worked).&nbsp; I don&#039;t think misaligned layers are an issue, straight walls look pretty good.&nbsp; &nbsp;i am getting some corner blobs though.&nbsp; &nbsp; How does one get rid of those?</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Did you get your flow rate dialed in perfectly first?&nbsp; If your perimeters are too wide or thin it will affect the dimensions.&nbsp; &nbsp;Also watch out for ribbing,&nbsp; misaligned layers and corner blobs when making measurements since those can make a difference when you get down to tenths of a mm.</p>]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[Trying to calibrate, are these the bust numbers I'm going to get?]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I made an L calibration helper.&nbsp; 100mm long X by 100mm long Y, 5mm stand out in the middle of the 100 and 5 mm tall.&nbsp; these are the numbers im getting when i measure with a caliper.&nbsp; &nbsp;Can i get better numbers somehow or is this as close as im going to get from an sd3?</p><br /><p><a href="http://s5.photobucket.com/user/Masurrao/media/EEPROMCalibration.jpg.html"><span class="postimg"><img src="http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y180/Masurrao/EEPROMCalibration.jpg" alt="http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y180/Masurrao/EEPROMCalibration.jpg" /></span></a></p>]]></description>
