Extruder temp: 200 deg
Bed temp: 100-110 deg

But when it started printing there was no extruded material. See / download the video below.

After numerous try of printing, (with the same temperature settings) extruder was able to extrude filament.

"BUT" after some layers the object has lost contact with the bed sad

Now here are my issues:
1. Calibration - Do I have to calibrate / setup some other parameters excluding the temperature settings?
2. How can I be sure that the extruder extracts filament to the bed? (I made some checking before printing -
3. How can I be sure that the bed will hold the extracted filament firmly?
4. What are the maintenance routines to be done for printer to be in good shape.
