			<description><![CDATA[<p>Use slic3r 1.0+ ; preferably 1.0RC3 if you aren&#039;t - The support system is completely re-written, and it does a better job than KissSlicer now (empirical evidence and also many other blogs...)</p><p>Its entirely differently behaved to the &lt;1.0RC versions...</p><p>I would be very surprised if with slic3r 1.0RC3 you still needed manual support structures...</p>]]></description>

So how do I best design a support structure? Do I need to use say minimum wall thickness of 0.42? </p><p>Any pointers would be great? Its mainly for horizontal overhangs. I have tried to design most cutouts running through my model to have a 45 degree pitch on the roofs to avoid requiring support but some parts this is just not possible. </p><p>Kind regards</p>]]></description>
