Just use the forum search.... VREF you'll find more info than you need.  Also Solidoodle has instructions in their official WIKI.
I adjust mine the way Adrian recommends so pay attention to his posts on the subject.

]]> Thu, 20 Feb 2014 17:13:58 +0000 https://www.soliforum.com/post/50350/#p50350 <![CDATA[Re: Uneven Surface, what's the problem?]]> https://www.soliforum.com/post/50349/#p50349 That wavy pattern is what is often referred to as Moire.  It is caused by the pulse of the 1/16th micro step of the stepper driver.  Basically it pulses as it rotates and causes that pattern.  This can be reduced some with proper VREF calibration of the stepper driver.  Alternatively you could replace that driver with a 1/32 stepper depending on which board you have this can be a simple and cheap modification.  Or you could switch to a geared extruder such as BulldogXL.

I calibrated everything (Z axis offset, extrusion rate and this temperature thing) but the surface is slightly waved. I attached some Photos.
