You just have to remember to select the right one when you slice the object before printing or just turn it on/off as needed. I can't tell you the exact steps to take as I'm away from home at the moment without access to a computer with Repetier on it and don't want to rely on memory to describe how to do it.

Since i installed lawsy's fan mod, my prints have been having some weird lines going across them. Ill attach a picture (Top: Before fan, Bottom: after fan), the only reason i wanted a fan was to help with very small parts, because everything else prints fine, but  i dont know a way to make the fan turn off when i dont need it cause its controlled by repetier host. Any suggestions would be great, also should i just remove the fan all together or are there settings that can help this issue.
