Unfortunately, the surface RT uses an ARM processor, and therefore won't be compatible with just about all types of host software.  If you can install Python, you can try to use Lawsy's Visprinter http://www.soliforum.com/topic/2205/vis … -software/ or even possibly Octoprint!  I have no idea if it would be able to use the usb however, as Windows RT likely handles them differently.  Most importantly, this is all in theory!  If you could run Ubuntu or android on it, then you would have many more options.

You'd probably need something like a wireless charger to keep it powered during the whole print job with all the sleep modes turned off.
