From what I can tell you should be fine with this.  The only thing is when you plug that motor in I think it will be backward so you have to flip it over.  The Drivers are labeled on the bottom of your Sang board steppers so just make sure you match those up.

I haven't been able to find out, but the pinout on the site below has some different names than the Sanguinololu which makes me a bit nervous, but I think it is the correct chip. Can anyone help direct me to details on this mod?
