Let me start by saying I run PLA as follows -
Extruder:175
Bed:70
-Ripped off Kapton and placed a mirror w/Suave Extra Hold and an occasional thin layer of
     Krazy glue (ALL prints stick!!)
Extruder fan http://www.thingiverse.com/make:60436 I use the version without the dam/shroud.
No enclosure. I usually only use it for ABS, which is not often at all.
AntiBacklash for Z rod, check!
Updated RH couple weeks ago
And I just cleaned out a clog from my hotend, made sure I did a VERY thorough job.

I have been having issues calibrating the extruder with the new RH version, EEPROM was at E:109.2 for awhile, working great, but after the update and clog, it measures and calculates to be 148.6 during calibration. WTH? Could this be due to a kink in the new update?
Regardless, my prints are no longer smooth. The have blobs as well as chunks missing like it is not extruding enough.
And this whole calibration thing is making me want to pull my teeth out!
