The whole thing as the brass bushing is selfcentering and the outer metal is pressformed around it so to speak.

There is a thread around here somewhere.... just a sec.

Can't find my own posts... it's late and I have to get up early... anyways there is a thread on here somewhere that discusses changing the bushing out for linear bearings with plenty of details posted about a year ago... I think

Also you could probably just put a piece of 6mm rod in them and wobble it out as they aren't pressed in real hard and there is a taper to the profile of the bushings outer metal so when they install them it actually makes the hole a few microns bigger.

I made up a simple tool out of a small screw and a 2 washers a nut and piece of pipe. Works like an inside press, just put the screw through the bushing with a washer big enough to cover the pipe on one end and a washer just big enough to not go through the bushing on the other end then add a nut and tighten oh make sure the pipe is big enough that the bushing goes through it and the screw is long enough... I know I don't explain things very good
