Z axis screwed up or not moving up/down correctly orr backlash

Looks like it is happening on the bed (bottom of cup)
and 10mm up (top of peg)

The peg looks like the problem might be cooling.  Everything is getting shoved around because it is still hot and soft when the next layer goes on.  Set the minimum layer time in cool settings to something like 10.

Looks like I have z axis calibration problem this is using 2760 steps/mm
done by calibration

Any suggestions
