anyways you will need to edit the pins.h file to tell it which pins are for what, I believe Adrian has several threads devoted to modifying firmwares on this forum.

i searched a bit about sanguino boards unfortunately, i doesn’t find much interesting about solidoodles sanguino. I saw some user connected an LCD on their solidoodle others connected a pwm fan on. So my question is how are the unused pins configured by the firmware?
