			<description><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://finance.yahoo.com/news/3d-systems-acquires-village-plastics-161612578.html">http://finance.yahoo.com/news/3d-system … 12578.html</a></p><p>Village Plastics supplies a bunch of retail filament vendors.&nbsp; I wonder if they will still be allowed to supply retailers who sell filament for $40/kg while also making the filament 3DS sells for $150/kg.&nbsp; I suppose 3DS wouldn&#039;t be too worried about getting undercut by cheap filament from their own supplier since all of their filament comes in cartridges which are chipped.&nbsp; I&#039;ve heard that sometimes the chip reports a cartridge is empty when it still has filament so that&#039;s even more money for them.</p>]]></description>
