I have serial number 664 using manual v1.3 and have followed the wiring diagram connecting the heating element to PID terminal 7 and 10 I turn it on and everything turns on fine then i set the temp to 180 however then nothing happens. I have never used a PID controller so i have no idea if i have to press any other buttons after that? The "operating instructions" don't seam to say any thing else, I'm suspicious I'm missing a "Start heating now" button some where like some noob fool -_-

I've been messing around with it for an hour now with no luck, I have tested the heater element outputs with a multimeter and get 0volts, so i hooked up the heating element direct to the PSU and it immediately started heating.

Additionally the wiring diagram shows a wire connecting pin 8 and 9 but then the step by step makes no mention of it, Do i need to connect a wire from pin 8 to 9?

Any help would be appreciated.
