my multimeter burned down, when i have a new one i will check if there are any undetected short circuits... but honestly, i think this is a Firmware Problem or something.
but i dont know how to write a new one to the Printer. perhaps this will suffice.
can anyone tell me how to rewrite the Firmware? i have the Marlin firmware, so i think there is no newer Firmware but if the old one is damaged, rewriting would possibly do it.

hi there, i've got a problem with my solidoodle 2.i've got it delivered about 2 months ago, printed about 10 or 20 parts and everything worked just fine.

but since today it seems to be damaged. when i connect to the printer with repetier-host i can only give one command and then the printer seems to shut off or something. repetier-host seems to freeze until i pull the usb plug off the printer, then repetier-host works again. i have to push the reset button on the back of the printer to use it again.

but only for one command.

even if i give no command, a few seconds after the reset-push it hangs again.

i reinstalled .net framework, repetier-host and the usb driver. nothing worked.

i thought the thermistor was damaged but in the few seconds repetier-host works it shows the correct (room-)temperature so i think this works fine. i searched for potentially short circuits but all wires just look fine and there are no other signs of a short circuit. so now i am helpless. perhaps anyone could help me out ^^

greetings from germany
