			<description><![CDATA[<p>PLA tends to soften before ABS. I would try putting a fan on the PEEK. That might help keep the filament cool until it gets to the barrel. If you have switched to the Jigsaw replacement then you can just put a 40 MM fan on the mounting screw. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I measured it and it&#039;s 1.8 most of the way with the normal .01 variations along it which was probably just slight movements of my hand or the caliper. Nothing major. I replaced the entire hot end recently, but had problems before that as well. Black and white pla have both given me problems but pla never has.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Take a good look at the diameter of the filament. I had a bad roll of PLA that had a lot of kinks and bad diameter variance that caused this to happen.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>they range from 155 to 175.&nbsp; And it seems to just be blocking the PEEK barrel.&nbsp; Like if I remove it I can usually grip the pla with some pliers and pull it out.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have been TRYING to use PLA I have white and black colors and I have CONSTANTLY been getting clogs!&nbsp; In the PEEK Barrel I believe.&nbsp; It&#039;s getting to the point where im starting to get real annoyed.&nbsp; I also haven&#039;t been able to print anything for DAYS because I keep getting this (see attachment).&nbsp; Someone please Help I love PLA and its not the material either I tried Kapton tape and a regular glass bed with hairspray and no matter what I still get the same affect!</p>]]></description>
