+1. I used to get this when running too hot or running smaller layer heights.

My best guess is that oozing is getting wiped when the printer moves from the legs to the main body. I would increase your retraction speed and maybe the length just a little. My reason is because the overhang just under the chin is nice and smooth which says curves and overhang are not the problem. There is a noticeable transition for where the legs join the main body.

Maybe it's due to the slope of the over hang. Wondering if printing slower would help.

Does it stutter while going around the curves, or is the movement as smooth as everywhere else? Can you try a different slicer?

on the belly of the frog is supper rough.
is there a general reason for this.
extruder and steper motor are calibrated.
any ideas?
