How do you get it to know what usb port I plugged it into? Also, what is the RH?

If your comm port says "virtual printer" then it isn't actually connected to your solidoodle. In fact, the screen shot below is from my laptop just a second ago. I can assure you that I am not connected to any printers. The virtual printer will even look like it is heating up.

Can that still be the port issue?
