You are not missing any components, we made some minor changes. It is the same design but with laser cut parts. Once again, I am sorry I did not post this sooner. However, I do not have the parts shown in the manual. I will attach a picture of what I received, but I am missing a couple of screws and the wooden fan mount. Who do I contact to get the proper parts or do I have the proper parts, just a version different than the manual? If so, how do I set it up? Thanks for the help.
