I did a google search and i think this is to make the temperature stable but it already is so I don't think this is

I don't think this will help because the printer runs normally for a few layers and then a few layers of ugly

It extrudes normal, very thin or nothing at all.. After taking apart and reasembling the extruder, hotend etc. I have no idea why this is. I'm using a new roll of filament so its not damaged with too high moisture levels.
