Any suggestions on this jamming issue with Nylon 645? I had a similar issue with T-Glass in the beginning, but that was due to irregular shape. This 645 is a bit oval shaped, but nothing compared to section of T-Glass I had an issue with.

I've tried adjusting the layer height, extrusion width, print temperature, platform height, and print speed with no luck. I am able to feed through filament manually without an issue. I fed 100mm through while checking extruder multiplier without a problem. I have an E3D hotend so I don't suspect the filament is warming, but 645 filament is quite flexible.

Any suggestions?
