It's most likely moisture in the filament.  The escaping steam as it extrudes can leave bubbles.  You can dry it out by placing it in the oven at something like 175F for a few hours.  If you have a convection oven, that would be best.  Prop the door open a little with something like a wine cork.

It also helps to store your filament in a dry place, so that it doesn't absorb any of the ambient moisture from the air.

Ah ok, good to hear thats its normal. I do notice on some prints when the head moves a large open distance, the abs would leak a bit, and then make a mess when it start the new layer. Perhaps 200 degrees a bit hot.

And one more question, on most of my prints there seems to be small bubbles in the lines, is this caused by dust or is it uneven ejection of the extruder causing it?

What it sounds like you're talking about is where the layer starts, different slicing software handles that differently, and I know that some of them will vary the starting point.  If you start at the same spot in each layer sometimes you'll get a line running up the side of your straight wall print.

I've found that almost all of my filament leaks some, but for the most part it doesn't affect the prints.

During the prints, you use something called retraction where the filament pulls back just a little bit to prevent this when it's moving from one spot to another when it shouldn't be extruding anything.

If it's sitting idol dripping for a bit, I'll extrude a few centimeters and then I usually use the tweezers to grab whats on the nozzle right before I print.

My PLA drips a lot, most of my ABS only drips a little bit.

Quick question, when my printers extruder is on at 200 degrees, the extruder always leaks out a thin line of abs.
Is this normal? I feel its not right, how can i fix this?
