I had to add WD40 to quiet them down. I think the bearings in one of them are shot. Becarefull with WD40 though as some people say it attacks ABS and some say it is ok so just be carefull. They recommend other lubes so look what they recommend.

Try squirting a little WD40 into the axle of the pulley (just a tiny amount) and see if the noise goes away.
