Hi. First of all i want to thank all of you for your help. Now my extruder start work correct at 180°c.
What i did.
I cheked thermocouple again and measured zones T. It was like you said.
Next I took 1.5mm drill bit and drill inside nozzle hole. Started to extude and saw that! Metal chips came out from nozzle. It extruded some plastic with big metal chips and stopped again. I drill again. And again a few minute of dirty extrusion.
Then i deiceded to disassemle while it was hot. Burned my fingers 3 times.
What i saw inside was awful!
Before assemble at first time i completly cleaned nipple cutout with dremel. And even washed it with foam and metal brush to remove corrosion. But i forgot to grind lips! Shame on me...
Sorry for my fault and to disturb you.

Do you mean to run the drill bit through the length of the nozzle? Not yet. Will try this.

Last temp was 205°c. Fan was fully forward and up. But there is very big influence of fan. Fan cools down tip of the nozzle. When i put piece of paper to isolate nozzle from fans air temperature rises by 10° in seconds.

Do you know temperatures by zones? Could you measure it for me? I mean T of nipple near loading tray, T of nipple near coupling, coupling T under insulation, T of nozzle tip with fan on.
In couple of days i will take laser thermometer and check.

I start to feel stupid myself. What i do wrong? Why 150 filastruders work good from first attempt but mine not?

Something came of it. Not so good as it should be, but better than it was.
I moved heater to the inner edge of coupler. Disassembled and checked motor and bearing part. Put additional oil to it. Played with temperature and cooling fan.
But i still have couple of questions.

What is the right position for heater? (see photo)

Should i wrap (muffle) nozzle with thermistor? (see photo what i have).

Should fan blow on nozzle, or filament only?

Ah yes - it also could be a plugged nozzle. Sometimes this happens early on, especially if the barrel is not properly cleaned initially.

A 1/16" drill bit would be fine on a 1.75mm nozzle.

Orb: your assumption is correct, letting plastic sit at temperature causes it to start to break down thermally, resulting in darkening as you describe.

I had a similar issue at one point.

After trying everything else, I used a variable speed hand drill with a drill bit just smaller than the orifice to get things moving again. I got the unit up to temp and carefully ran the drill bit through the length of the nozzle.

After doing this, the plastic started moving again, and the initial filament was darker and more brittle. To me this indicates that there was "overcooked" material plugging things up in my unit. When shutting down, I now run the motor a short while after turning off the heat, to extrude as much of the molten material as possible so that same material isn't overcooked during the long warming up period.

This may or may not be related to your issue, but it's something to consider.
