I also had the same problem on my solidoodle 2 pro model. I just received it yesterday so excited after waiting for 1 month then the heatbed is not heating I've been waiting for the temp to rise for 2 hours and after so much frustration I decided to unplug the heatbed wires and re-plugging and that did the trick! I think during shipping it loosened the wires.

So the problem is now fixed after some consultation on IRC. Unplugging and plugging back in the red wire from the heating pad to the control board did the trick. Not sure what happened as I didn't explicitly bump the wire but I now believe that all the printing I did the night before, which resulted in a lot of jostling and vibration of the printer, may have caused the failure. Regardless, it is working again and hopefully this info will help anyone else who runs into this problem.

-Scott

Just received my replacement extruder parts yesterday, re-calibrated the printer and had many successful prints last night. Turned everything back on today and now the heat bead is not heating. This is getting very frustrating as I've only had a few hours of actual use out of the printer over a month of ownership. Any ideas on what to check?

-Scott
