			<description><![CDATA[<p>When saving as STL in inventor there is an &quot;advanced&quot; or &quot;options&quot; where you can set your dimensions. For some reason I think the default is the odd deci-centimeter, at least it was the original setting for me.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>You usually have to specify the units on export and also be sure to use the same units on import. </p><p>STL does not specify units in the file.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>x15 is unusual - normally the problem is evident when a model is in mm&#039;s and exported in inches or vice-versa ... repetier displays in mm&#039;s so scaling by 25.4 fixes the problem ... </p><p>But if its x15... no idea, doesn&#039;t sound like an ordinary unit problem...</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am using alibre (geomagic) and did a design that is the exact dimensions that it needs to be.&nbsp; when i export it to .stl and bring it into repetier it&#039;s tiny.&nbsp; Not at all to scale.</p><p>I figure I have to scale it up like x15 to get it right.&nbsp; Is that something with my export?&nbsp; Is there a trick to being able to go from cad program to repetier with the exact dimensions.&nbsp; </p><p>Thanks</p>]]></description>
