			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;m reporting in that I have the unable to connect problem.&nbsp; I&#039;ve tried installing the software on 2 different computers one with Win8 64 bit and one with Win7 64 and neither will connect although they have different problems.&nbsp; The win7 computer shows a COM1 port and I select it but the solidoodle doesn&#039;t seem to be answering commands.&nbsp; The win8 laptop did not show any Ports regardless of driver installation procedures.&nbsp; I have decided that I am irritated at Win8 and so my first action is to reinstall win7 64 bit as a fresh install and try again.&nbsp; I&#039;ll let you know how it goes but in the mean time do you guys have any suggestions for settings and/or procedures for win7 64bit to make this dummy proof?&nbsp; Thanks in advance guys.</p>]]></description>
