Of course, we'll offer spare parts and upgrades.

I think that PLA is no problem with a winder/puller like IanJohnson's. I might get to run some PLA later this week - no promises.

I have not - limited space in the garage, 90% of which is devoted to kit prep and shipping. I've devoted what little space I have left to running one Filastruder, which is making ABS right now to stockpile for hoppers.

Soon! (Also I don't really like PLA so I haven't been terribly motivated)

Hi,

In the FAQ on the Kickstarter project page of the Filastruder there was a question "What about PLA?".
As an answer there was written that PLA extrudes fine, but that the diameter of the filament is not very consistent, it is +/- 0.2 mm. There was also said that you only tested it for 2 hours and that you where at the same point with ABS after two hours of testing.
Do you have any new news about the PLA extrusion? Is it getting better after more testing and trying out?

Thank you,
Ultiprinter!
