However, with my printer calibration, the dimensions are a perfect fit around the perimeter and the holes are all in the right places.  Also see Neil Martin's discussion on increasing speeds in google groups... These were increased incrementally to his settings with good success... The faster speeds did get a little jerky around the outside and created more burs, but overall print quality was still very good.  I'll update more when i redesign to make a little nicer.
