If you've correctly calibrated your extruder for both Steps and Flow, "Retraction" is the setting you want to fine tune with. If you've not done either Step or Flow calibration, check http://www.soliwiki.com/ on the front page under 'Calibrations'.

I solved the sticking problem from my last post by making a cover to the Soli3.
The problem is insufficient bed temperature reaching only around 86°C.
One has to print at 40°C room temperature or get a cover.
I scotched transparent OHP sheets around the frame.
The upside scotched with 2 sheets buliding an extra space for free filament flow.
I did not scotch the upside back side and the filament has there a slit to go in.
The bed reaches now 95°C and objects do stick without hairspray, just cleaning with acetone:
Solidoodle said, all new printers do reach now only insufficient 86°C. Will there be something damaged, if the cover heats up entire printer to make the bed reach 95°C?

Now i have other problem:
When the extruder moves from one print place to other place to continue printing there, then, while it is moving over free space, there is 2-3mm filament extruded. This will result in a kind of beard where the extruder arrives at new position.

I guess there is a possibilty to suck back the melted plastic while only moving to avoid this problem.
Or did i make other fault?
