When that happens to me , the filament backs up in a tangled mess. Another thing , was the PTFE flush with the top of the peek when you got it? Mine "was" then after a bit it rose up about a sixteenth of an inch. When I 1st got my SD3 all was well, it was well til the heater  died. I did get a replacement but have had trouble ever since.

I have to now figure out how to change the filament feed in repetier host

when i got it back the alignment holes were off for the jugsaw end soi gad to work on the wood piece on th end toelongate one of the holes so it would fit. after that and i got it back together i noticed the rubberized insulation cane off and i hope to godi've got that int he right place

i've been readjusting and now what i get is crap.
