My solution is to delete the entire folder C:\ProgramData\XYZprintingInc\XYZprint
Someone suggested that it is file-right problem. Runnning the XYZprint program as administrator also helps..

They are very poor quality. Probably should take it out, copy it then get a new card and copy everything back to it then put the new one in and try again. Make sure the new one is a quality card like sandisk, kingston, or corsair.

I have got a Mini Maker Da vinci and it works perfectly but I am facing a problem now.


My last print / STL Model reminds in printer memory and i can't print a new stl.

I am using XYZ printing to print stl, each time I try to print something new. The stl is send to printer but it prints always the old stl in memory.

No error message appears in the xyz print.

To resolve my problem, I have tried :
- Send new and old stl file to the printer
- Change USB cable (actual cable works with a standard HP printer)
- Power ON / OFF.


Do you know if there is a process to "reset" the memory ? Or do you ever had this probem and how to solve it ?
