			<description><![CDATA[<p>Sounds like this project is above your technical skill. The instructions are more than adequate to get the machine running, I have built several. There is no &quot;Set X &amp; Y to these values&quot; and you&#039;re done. You have to experiment a little to figure the best settings for your own particular setup.
